Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher to join our team and support schools in Bedfordshire. This role offers flexible teaching opportunities, allowing you to work in different primary schools while gaining valuable experience.

As a supply teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining classroom management, and ensuring continuity of learning for KS1 pupils. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers (ECTs) looking to build their experience in a variety of school settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with the National Curriculum.

• Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.

• Follow lesson plans where provided or use your own initiative to ensure effective learning.

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Maintain strong classroom management and behaviour standards.

• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (KS1).

• Strong classroom management and adaptability.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
