KS2 Primary Teacher

Are you an experienced and passionate qualified Primary Teacher seeking a fulfilling teaching role in Bedfordshire?

Teach Agency are currently seeking to appoint a KS2 Teacher to teach Year 5 children to commence in September and will initially be for the autumn term. We welcome applications from ECT’s for this exciting position.

The Role 

As a Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and personal development of our students. You will deliver engaging lessons, differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic and behavioral progress
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Key Stage 2
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
