SEN Teaching Assistants

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide SEN (Specialist Education Support) for schools in Peterborough on an ongoing contract basis to start asap. 

This role is ideal for a compassionate and proactive individual with experience in special educational needs (SEN) support, assisting students with unique learning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students with SEN for their learning and development.

• Working closely with teachers and SEN coordinators to deliver tailored educational support.

• Providing one-on-one and small-group assistance to enhance student engagement.

• Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in SEN support is desirable.

• Passion for working with children and young people with additional learning needs.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A patient and nurturing approach to education.
