Art Teacher Wanted – Fine Art and Photography background.
Teach Agency is working with an established Upper School in Central Bedfordshire to recruit an Art Teacher with a background in Fine Art and Photography, for a fixed term one-year position, teaching up to KS5.
Working in an established Upper School in the Sandy/Biggleswade area of Central Bedfordshire, you’ll be joining a committed team within a mixed 13-19 year old pupil population at a school with a track record of successful results. You’ll be an enthusiastic and qualified teacher who is focused on ensuring that students are given a supportive learning environment in which to flourish.
Requirements:
Recognised Teaching Qualification, PGCE or equivalent.
Experience of working in a UK classroom, teaching to the national curriculum.
Ability to teach Art up to KS5.
Experience of teaching Fine Art and Photography.
Excellent classroom management skills, able to create a positive learning environment for students.
Outstanding organisational skills.
Able to plan, prepare and mark work, plus attend meetings and parent evenings where required.
