Teach Agency are currently looking to appoint a suitably experienced Cover Supervisor who will oversee classes during short term absences of teaching staff.

You will be expected to manage student behaviour and keep students focused and on task. You should be flexible, have a desire to work with young people and have a calm and authoritative manner.

We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic teacher with recent experience of teaching Key Stage 2 to support a Bedfordshire school during a maternity break starting April 2023 on a 12 month contract basis.

This exciting opportunity would include lesson planning, building relationships with students in your class and creating inviting topics to engage learning. You will be dedicated to providing a safe and happy classroom, where children are supported to achieve to the best of their ability.

To be considered for the role of a Key Stage 2 Teacher you will

  • Have Qualified Teacher Status / Degree and PGCE in Primary Education.
  • Possess recent experience of teaching students in KS2.
  • Have up to date knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS2.
  • Be responsible for setting, marking and giving feedback on work and homework. 
  • Will monitor and support pupil progress
  • Enjoy using innovative approaches to teaching and learning.
  • Have excellent classroom management skills.
