Teach Agency are actively seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Design Technology Teacher for our client’s Independent School which delivers high quality learning for students from Year 3 through to Year 12 based in Bedfordshire.
This is a part time role likely to be Wednesday to Friday. However, if the appointed candidate can offer to teach another subject, Learning Support Assistance or Cover Supervisor work the School can make the role full time. The position will be on a long term contract basis to commence in September 2022.
Key Requirements
To be considered you will need
- To have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have the ability and experience of teaching Design Technology to KS3 and KS4.
- Have specialist knowledge in Resistant Materials and Product Design.
- Be confident to deliver a high standard of engaging lessons to pupils.
- Have a creative approach to teaching.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
