Early Careers Teacher (ECT)

These role will vary in duration from short term supply to longer term contracts and offer great opportunity to explore local schools to start your teaching career.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students’ academic and personal growth.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school community.
