We are recruiting for an enthusiastic fully qualified teacher who is able to provide an engaging and enriching learning environment, which inspires and motivates children.
The school is in a stunning location in the country side and has one year group per class, ranging from early years to KS1. Each classroom is generously sized and has a fantastic outdoor environment. The school have a great community feel and make the most of their idyllic school grounds as often as they can.
You will be employed to teach a lovely year 2 class which contains 22 pupils. This ‘outstanding’ school pride themselves in providing a rich and stimulating environment where each child is encouraged to become an active learner.
The head teacher is encouraging newly qualified teachers to apply, you will need experience teaching to the KS1 curriculum. Applicants who make it past the interview stage will be contacted by the school office to arrange a visit.
Applicants should:
- Have at least 1 years’ experience teaching to the UK National Curriculum (KS1 preferred)
- Hold recognised teaching certificate, QTS or PCGE
- Be an effective teacher who is ambitious and committed
- Hold current DBS registered with the online DBS update service or DBS check through our clearance procedures
Initially this is a contract post starting Jan 2020, this may lead onto a permanent role for the right candidate starting September 2020.
