Are you an Early Career Teacher who has recently obtained their QTS and are still  looking to secure a teaching position for September? If so, Teach Agency can assist you in starting  the next phase of your teaching career.

We are looking to fill a number of positions in our client mainstream Primary Schools based  in and around the Cambridgeshire region that will be ideal for any Early Career Teacher which will enable you to gain invaluable classroom experience as well as offering flexibility.

The available roles  will commence in September 2022 and will vary from day to day supply to longer term contracts which can lead to permanent positions in some cases.

Requirements for an Early Careers Teacher

  • Have Qualified Teacher Status and either done your ECT years or looking to complete this.
  • Have completed your Initial Teacher Training.
  • Have knowledge and relevant experience of the National Curriculum for Primary Key Stages.
  • Have recent and relevant of teaching experience in a Primary setting.
  • Be able to identify and use effective techniques which will enable you to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Have a genuine desire to become a member of a team of dedicated teaching and support staff.
