Teach Agency are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 School Teacher to join our Client’s Primary School team based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate should be available after May half term to start on an ongoing basis until the end of the 2023/2024 academic year.
We are looking for a primary practitioner who:
- Is creative and able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the national curriculum for KS1.
- Understands the developmental stages of learning.
- Shares the schools’ commitment to achieving the highest possible standards for all their children.
- Welcomes collaborative practices to create a supportive and exciting learning environment.
- Works well in a team, can establish good relationships with children and parents and are willing to fully participate in the school’s ethos.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Previous experience working with primary-aged children
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
