Teach Agency are delighted to be working with a dynamic special needs school based in Cambridgeshire who supports young people with a broad spectrum of special educational needs and disabilities. The School are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, ambitious and energetic SEN Teacher to start in January 2024 on an ongoing contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Requirements
- A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience working with SEN children
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good behaviour management skills with the ability to effectively manage confrontation and challenging behaviour.
- Experience of working with children in a school setting
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- A passion for teaching and learning
- A valid DBS check on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
