Are you a Teaching Assistant looking to work with children with Special Educational Needs? Teach Agency are actively recruiting several SEN trained staff to work at our client’s inclusive Social, Emotional and Mental Health Specialist School based in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

The successful candidate should be available to start at the beginning of September on an ongoing basis.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will have
- A calm, patient and caring persona.
- Be able to motivate and support pupil(s) to remain on task and complete the work given.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working on a 1:1 and small group basis with students to support their education.
- The ability to use their own initiative to engage with pupils with complex needs.
