Teach Agency are currently looking to appoint a full time Teaching Assistant for our client’s value based Primary School situated in Cambridgeshire.
The successful Teaching Assistant will be required to work 1:1 with a year 6 pupil who has a Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) in place and is available to start 5 September. Initially the role is up to October half term with the possibility of lasting up to a year.
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have
- A calm, sensitive and understanding persona.
- A resilient approach to work 1:1 with a child with additional needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to use their own initiative to engage a pupil with complex needs.
