Teaching Assistants

Teach Agency are looking to appoint a pool of Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our successful supply organisation and be placed in our client mainstream  schools based in and around Cambridgeshire. The roles will commence in September 2023 on a full time basis and will be ongoing with the possibility of taking teacher training in the future.

We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high demand for professional and inspiring Graduate Teaching Assistants to help enhance learning in the classroom, leading with small groups or on a one-to-one basis where required. Benefits of working in such an environment provides Graduate Teaching Assistants the opportunity to learn from a highly experienced and supportive staff team within the school.

Requirements

• Have a First Class or 2:1 Degree.
• Have a good standard of academics for GCSE’s and A Levels.
• Have the confidence to support students at any level of their education.
• Have experience of working with children would be desirable.
• Have SEN knowledge and experience would also be desirable.
