Teach Agency are currently looking to appoint suitably experienced Cover Supervisors who will oversee classes during short term absences of teaching staff.

You will be expected to manage student behaviour and keep students focused and on task. You should be flexible, have a desire to work with young people and have a calm and authoritative manner.

We are looking for cover supervisors to cover all classes in a number of secondary schools within the Kettering, Northamptonshire region  from KS3 through to KS5 You will need to have strong behaviour management skills and be passionate about teaching.

The positions are open to both graduates and experienced cover supervisors. Depending on performance the schools may look at either extending the contract or offering regular work.

Requirements

• Relevant educacation / degree.

• Previous experience working in a UK school.

Confidence to deliver planned lessons to students.

• Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or be willing to process a new application
